How would you solve the greenhouse gas problem?

According to wikipedia: “The major natural greenhouse gases are water vapor, which causes about 36-70% of the greenhouse effect on Earth” So what’s that, we can’t have rain anymore? Is the government going to ban water or what? I'm glad I live by a lake. - Angela
Some people said to send the pollution to outer space with powerful rockets. I think this is a dumb idea because rockets cost millions of dollars and they also pollute the atmosphere. I think they should build giant catapults to send balls of pollution into outer space. I think planes have to be careful though when that happens. - The gas man
My dad got mad at my brother for burning down the barn with a blowtorch when he was working on his science project: "The purification of compromised air using natural heat processes." I think it's better than his last year's project where he put our cat in the freezer to study global freezing. Luckily my mother got the cat out in time. - Luke G. in Kansas
I heard about that 25 million dollar prize to clean up the atmosphere. Me and my buddies at the bar were thinking: why would anyone take on the cleaning of the whole atmosphere, like zillions of cubic feet of air when you can just get a lucrative government contract for the same amount to clean the government buildings? You pay some people from foreign countries a million dollars to do the work and you make a profit of $24 million bucks. So how good is that? - Beer Stein Buddies

I am working on my PhD in environmental science. My study involves the stratification of bifocal fiber bundles in a methane constrained hyperspace. It is my contention that finite coverings using modular curves in a Frobenius hyper space will lead to the solution of a pure atmosphere in three space. Unfortunately I am not at liberty to divulge more than that at this time. - Dr. Frank Z.

Just drill through the earth and pump up all the oil into the U.S.A. Then we can only sell it to countries that promise not to use it. - Joel
I think some of these problems are difficult to solve. If you can't blow it up then it's difficult. I mean in China there was a polluted city surrounded by mountains which trapped the pollution. So they blew up the mountains and now the city is not polluted anymore. But you can’t blow up the atmosphere. That’s the thing. - Dianna P.
