How would you solve the greenhouse gas problem?

I am thinking that a special adaptor could be put on smoke stacks to produce smoke rings. Furthermore some petroleum based chemical could be added to coal smoke as a fixing agent to produce rubber tires. The smoke rings could then be harvested from the ground. The problem with current smokestacks is that the smoke diffuses into the atmosphere. I got my idea while watching a smoke ring blowing contest and smelling some epoxy glue. Epoxy uses two components, the glue and a fixing agent, to form super strong glue . - Workshop Dreamer
It is also a well known fact that trees help to absorb Co2. I think trees can also be enhanced in their capability to absorb CO2. Can you imagine trying to drink your Coke using a solid stick? Well that’s what a tree has to do to suck up Co2 because a tree is not hollow like a straw. So my idea is to make trees hollow with the implantation of termites or by drilling them full of holes using maybe bullets. - Judy - I love slurpies
These days it is so ridiculous for people to drive an hour to work, thereby causing huge amounts of pollution. With the Internet, many people can work from home. The only thing is that if we don’t use all the oil and gas in the ground then the ground oil reserves might overflow and even explode like when you really have to go to the bathroom. So that would be messy to clean up. That may also explain the extinction of the dinosaurs. - Janet Palmer
There have been no studies done to date my subject interest, but my contention is that weight gain and obesity is partially caused by breathing in Co2 because fast consists of about 76% carbon. My idea comes from the simple observation that I often see very heavy people just having a little salad for lunch. So then I came to the natural conclusion that they must be getting their carbon source from elsewhere and that elsewhere can only be from the air. So my solution to climate cleanup and obesity is for people to eat more and breathe less. - Adam Smart - Calgary, Alberta
I really like Stephen Hawking’s idea that mankind has to get off the earth. I think that is the only reasonable way to clean up the earth and the atmosphere. The earth is stressed out and stretched to its limit trying to support six billion people. Imagine is every bus in the world was converted to a space bus to send people out to space instead of where they usually go. If that was done then the earth would soon get a break and return to it’s pristine garden of Eden condition. - Rodger Dodger - Hawking fan
